To cheer myself up from Nicolas's departure lets talk about my happy food here in Bolivia. Almost constantly this is my everyday lunch, Pollo (Chicken), noodles, rice, and a potato. With a side of water or ginger ale. Not a tons of greens as you can probably already tell. LOTS of CARBS though :) Very delicious, I need to figure out what spices are in the noodles and rice, they are unequal to anything I have ever tried before.
