Sucre is Bolivia's capital city also known as the "White City." It has by far the most stunning infrastructure in all of Bolivia that I have seen thus far. I spent my entire first afternoon in Sucre running around the central part of Sucre enjoying the scenery. The first photo was a little street that simply took my breath away. The second is one of the many university's in Sucre. The third is La Union de la Fuerza (Union of Force), is a very important governmental building that deals with the judicial system in Bolivia. The fourth photo is Ejercito Nacional, a building for all ranks of the Bolivian Military to meet. The fifth photo is of the Casa de la Libertad (House of Freedom or Liberty) which is now a beautiful museum dedicated to educating tourists and Bolivians about there freedom and how it was earned. The last photo is one of the largest and most extravagant cathedrals in all of Sucre (possibly Bolivia). I finally began to understand why and how Sucre received its name of the White City.
